I’m currently pregnant and called this office last week to inquire about a newborn visit once the baby is born. The receptionist (I believe her name was Jocelyn) answered and said, “we don’t schedule appts until the baby is born” I was so caught off guard by her rude tone and short attitude that I couldn’t think of follow up questions. Love this place, sadly this will be my last time here because I’ll be 21 next year but it depends because I have a disability and maybe I’ll stay here longer depending on the insurance, but I love this doctor office.
They don’t answer the phones! How the hell are you even supposed to get an appointment or be seen by a doctor if they don’t answer the phones? I literally have to call SANTA ANA SOUTH COAST to get an appointment at ANAHEIM. I’m very upset with you guys. SMH.
This is such a horrible office. They never pick up the phone and when they do they automatically place you on hold. They constantly do this. I’m not even sure how they operate. I get it they may be busy but seriously they have about 3-4 people working the front and not one can pick up and say “please hold?” I’ve been with this office for about 5 years & it has always been a bad experience. I’m not even sure why I stuck with them for so long. The doctors are great but the front staff needs to get it together.
They take forever to answer the phones!!! And when they finally answer some of them have an attitude!
