After 5 years, I finally found the right provider who really spends time with their patients. I took my daughters here for the first time. They discussed every single thing about their health in detail. I am happy to switch to this provider. Thank you. They do follow up.
I’m currently pregnant and called this office last week to inquire about a newborn visit once the baby is born. The receptionist (I believe her name was Jocelyn) answered and said, “we don’t schedule appts until the baby is born” I was so caught off guard by her rude tone and short attitude that I couldn’t think of follow up questions.
