Went there on Friday to the one in Fairhaven they where so good .. Would go there anytime . Thank you for helping me .
Can't tell why. It has not a good experience and after hours of waiting to be seen they could not help me.
Came in Saturday with my girlfriend who had a serious eye injury. Had to sign in to a computer in the lobby while a "helper" stood there to tell her where to click. Then, during sign in, receptionists were more concerned with correcting her last name than getting her to treatment. Not real comfortable with the treatment so far.
Camille Frias was absolutely incredible she's a wonderful nurse practitioner and an asset to Southcoast.
Thank you South Coast Urgent Care for taking great care of me today. The staff was very polite, it was fast and easy to check in, and no wait when I went.
Very friendly staff, never have to wait long. You get called the next day or so to see how to visit went and how your feeling.
I went there back in October. Very sick. Coughing my lungs out and not being able to breathe. They asked me who my doctor was. I told them she was in Hawthorne medical. They said that they couldn't take me because they would have to call for a referral and they refused to call for one while I was there. My mom even offered to do a payment plan and they still refused to take me. Not right. I called my doctor and seen her and found out I had pneumonia. Never going back there. I would rather go to the emergency room then here.
