This is an updated post. There had been a billing issue that I was fuming about. Alicia, in billing, deserves an award, not only for putting up with a very angry me, but also through her diligent efforts she was able to pinpoint the problem and resolve the issue. We get to keep our awesome Dr. Scanlon, I’m no longer fuming, everyone is happy! It’s great to see a company that cares about its customers!
amazing staff. we have always felt so comfortable with Dr. Hendricks and Kaylyn. my 3 year daughter cries when we drive by the road and we dont go to the dr. she says "momma i want to go see that nice lady Dr" they are very caring gentle and welcoming.
They staff understands the meaning of Great customer service and the doctors are knowledgeable as well as kind. The experience is always wonderful and my children enjoyed going to the Doctor’s office even if meant getting shots or labs. I give them a 10!
I have three kids. My oldest is 13, and In the hospital with leukemia. All 3 of mine see Dr.Scanlon, and we have always loved her, but her coming to the hospital with a gift bag for my daughter from her and her staff meant more than words can say. I don’t think you can find a doctor or staff better! We love her and her staff!
We just love Dr. Scanlon! Great office staff Friendly staff and wait til is minimal
