I arrived at 8:00 AM for blood work. Not a Southcoast patient. I was told to wait and talk to the lab tech. When it finally got to be my turn (30 mins later), they said they couldn’t see me because I didn’t call a phone number to set up a patient file first. No one told me this was the policy. No signs posted stating the policy. Waste of time and no apologies. Staff is NOT patient-oriented.
