Stay far away from this place. Went for occupational health exam for new job. No one even said hello just order you around like a prison inmate Rude cold and very unprofessional the physical exam requires you to be naked except for under pants ???? Never heard of such a thing. I turned the exam down. Then the male nurse, not Dr.doing the exam offered to bring a woman in the room for me. I left with no exam .

I would rather go the Cemetery than to ever go to a so called hospital like this. Mistreated by so many rude nasty nurses aids, nurses plus many other members of the staff. Misdiagnosed me more than once which almost ended my life. Images were finally sent to Boston which lead to emergency surgery. Just had a short stay and walked out before I was even discharged. I've left the hospital in worse shape than when I went in. One complete waste of time. One nurses aid named Patty told me to stop talking while I was speak... read more

If I could give less stars I would. I haven't ever seen my PCP in person 1st off. 2nd I try to take care of myself with some heart problems I have and because of traffic I was 10 mins late for 30 min appointment....which I called and was told it would be ok....also it was supposably noted that I was coming from work so a late arrival was to be expected. I will never go to these doctors again. After checking in and sitting in waiting room for 5 mins I was then called up and told that I would have to reschedule because I was l... read more

Angela Webb has been instrumental in my care for vertigo! I highly recommend her for those with Vertigo. She possess a compassionate and soothing bed side manner. She eases all worries and modified therapy for each difficulty presented to her. I have been making such profound strides due to her diligence! She handles anxiety and other sensory issues with grace and a sense of humor!!

Was told by a visiting nurse and my family doctor to bring my husband here with very serious medical issues and was treated terribly by these people. All they can do is call a rescue. Would NEVER recommend.

Today I went to Charlton Hospital for a prescription refill. There are many medications that the ER doctor will NOT refill. A list of said meds should be available at the Admission counter. Then, a potential patient could know, in advance, that their script won't be refilled and their time could be saved. BUT, greedy Charlton wouldn't be able to BILL for the visit. So Charlton has you go thru all the steps, to finally be waiting to see a doctor, only to be told "We don't refill that one." Can you say "Ching Ching?" Greed, fo... read more
