My first visit was yesterday. I saw Dr. Sugeng, since Dr. Deborah was out of the office. He was very nice and considerate of my issue. He has terrific bedside manner and even though I had to make him repeat what he told me because of his strong Indonesian accent, he was a great sport about it. The staff was also very nice. My wait time was minimal. The office is very neat and clean. I'm very happy to have found this clinic, which is just a little over a mile from my house.
I had a 9:30 appointment. Arrived at 9:17. Waited until 10:29 to be called to the back. They checked my son's weight height and pressure. Had to wait there because there was no room available. Then we were put on a room and waited another 10 to 15 minutes. Came check him for 3 mins and we were done. My issue is if you over book to that extreme can you give quality care for each patient. Quantity is not good in the medical field. I like Dr. Budi but I prefer a doctor to spend quality time and talk to me about issues.
Love this Dr. He explains everything we were taking right away some time long wait but worth it I wouldn't bring my grandkids anywhere else unless I really have to
I bring all my honorary children there and I have no complains
I have been taking my son there since he was born and he is now 4 I love the way they explain everything and always have my son's best interest at heart
I love this place not just for my kids but for myself as well it's doesn't take long to get in and out the workers are never rude always great
