Run Away! During my four year stay at Southbrook, my roommate and I encountered numerous problems. We chose Southbrook for the location, inexpensive rent, and relative safe environment. Shortly after move in we became acutely aware of how crime riddled this apartment complex really is. We witnessed a stabbing, several drive by shooting attempts, multiple cars being broken into and most recently hourly drug deals. An honest review If I could rate Southbrook Apartments a -5 stars or more I would. I have just recently moved out of the apartments, they got to be really rough. I remember hiding in my bathroom because I heard gun shots and people always yelling outside. The staff is nice to your face but honestly stab you in the back. I'm an average Jill out of college and a full time job, I pay my bills on time and all I wanted to do was live in a safe place close to work, and this was no safe place.
