Our paramedics (Josh and Becky) were helpful, efficient, empathetic and kind. Who can ask for anything more? We're truly grateful for them.
We joined by subscription and needed help for my elderly dad numerous times at all hours. The service could not have been better! The crew was kind, patient, respectful and professional every single time. My family and I are grateful for their excellent service.
Family member had gallbladder attack, got here quick, navigated awkward hallways, and had us out the out the door in 5 minutes.
Absolutely horrible company. Someone called EMS for me. I refused service. They sent me a bill for $200 for taking my pulse (that I didn't want them to even do). Tried to speak to them and the owner is super rude. Tried to negotiate to paying half. Nope. He wants it all. They sent me to collections. I'll bring them $10 in all pennies once a month. Until its payed.
