SBSH catered my wedding recently. We couldn’t have asked for better service or food! Andrea and her team are AWESOME! Definitely worth every penny spent.
I’ve been coming here since it opened. They have changed things SO many times, sometimes weekly. They are constantly changing their policy on the hero card. I cannot go here anymore since I have no idea what I’ll be served each time.
I want to commend Southbound for their outstanding customer service. Tonight I ordered through Augusta ToGo, and when it was delivered, noticed that multiple parts of the order was wrong. Normally, I would not bother saying anything, but it was way too spicy for me and inedible. When I called I spoke to the manager, Andrea, who was extremely professional, apologetic, and without hesitation wanted to make it right.
