This was my first visit to Southbound Smokehouse, and I will absolutely be back. The food was AMAZING! I got the Godfather Platter, with ribs, wings, smoked chicken and pulled pork. the pork had flavor throughout and was not fatty - needed no sauce. The ribs were perfection of tender meat and an excellent rub. The fresh pork skins were some of the best I've had. Lastly, the hash and rice was far better than Sconyer's, which is what I've used as my standard.
Absolutely delicious! Ordered from Southbound for the first time tonight. The BBQ is above and beyond good! I got the pulled pork plate with hash and rice. It was seasoned to perfection. I definitely give this place 5 stars and will be returning!
