I've been going to this practice for years, and it is such a step up from where I went before. It's always a pleasure for me to drop in to Southborough Dental Associates, because everyone there takes the time to care. I'm pleased and surprised how Debbie and Dr. Egan are able to pick up our friendly conversation right where we left off six months ago. The few times that I've needed work beyond cleaning, they have been swiftly efficient and careful, while successfully helping me to remain at ease.
Dr. Zaterka replaced a tired filling quickly and professionally. Since it was a front tooth, it was appreciated the time and effort he put in to make the tooth look as natural as possible.
LOVE Southborough Dental and everyone there! I have been to almost everyone in the practice at one time or another and my main team of Dr. Zaterka, Nancy, Emily and Kristen take exceptionally good care of me and my teeth! Would not go anywhere else!!
It's been almost 2 decades since I started with Southborough Dental Associates. The Dental Hygenists, in particular, Donna, are fabulous---NO PAIN---during my cleanings. I love the fact that they stay up on the latest gadgets so the exams are painless and quick. Wonderful team and great energy.
Everyone in this practice is excellent, from management and employees including billing have a terrific demeanor.
I had to visit Southboro Dental for urgent care. First, I was able to call their on-call doctor after hours and got a call back almost immediately. I was able to make a follow-up appointment as soon as the office opened for emergency xrays. Even though I was not able to see my regular dentist for my emergency appt, I was very pleased with the dentist I saw. I am always greeted in a timely fashion the exam rooms and office always very clean! Great staff.
