Always great. Very professional, but also very personal!
Everyone from my “hello” at the front desk to my good bye when settling finances and future appointments treated me with respect and a genuine concern. My hygienist always greets me with a smile and welcomes me with open arms. Then she goes to work giving me a relaxed, thorough treatment. I forget I’m terrified to be there. I've been going to Southboro Dental for over 20 years and I'll be going there for 20 more. I find them to be highly professional but also very personal. The dental work I've had done has been problem-free. I highly recommend them.
I mhave been a patient here for 37 years and never considered going elsewhere. Friendly staff, welcoming waiting room. The hygienists’ cleanings are thorough, and the docs care about their patients. My daughter Whi lives in LA continues to have her cleanings done here. Merry Dr. Zaterka is great and has a wonderful sense of humor. I actually enjoy going to my dental visits!
I've been coming to Southboro Dental for years on the recommendation of a friend when my dentist retired. I was skeptical because I didn't think I'd ever find a dentist I liked and trusted as much as my last one, I can happily say I was wrong. Dr. Egan and all the staff at Southboro Dental are awesome!! My grandchildren now go there...and it's a pain free fun experience! I've never had to sit and wait for an appointment. They are prompt, friendly and professional! Would highly recommend.
