Damon Yolanda Nelson and Dr, H, treats me so good, they made me feel so special, the smiles and warm welcoming, they send me reminders of my appointment, they care about my teeth, they make sure that I didn't experience no pain, they ask me often was I alright, Damon found me an affordable dental plan, Yolanda has a very good customer service, Nelson is very humerus and made sure my teeth were good, Dr H. Is the Best Dentist I ever had. I give South bay Dentist 5-star 🙂
I have been coming here 16 years and service has been outstanding every single time. Personally,Nelson has went above and beyond for my two sons and myself. I'm happy to have such a great dental office to come too.
My mom and I have been going to this dentist for about a year and we have had a great experience. We have both had a tooth implant and I also had a wisdom tooth removed. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and our recovery from dental work was speedy. They have also been affordable compared to other dentists.
Best staff ever from the front desk to the back! Echoing a big shout out Everr and Sam whom I talk their ears off and ask a bunch of questions. They have never made me feel as if I bother them even though i have and they welcome me with open arms. This entire staff is amazing they take the time to explain everything and I am forever thankful to them. kind hearted and keep the energy going because I can talk..
New patient services were terrible. Did not describe services with visit prior. The x ray tech i got was extremely rude. Literally tried to to mansplain everything in a condensing tone, he would put the xray devices in my mouth so aggressively it would hurt, and would talk to his coworkers in Spanish switching to English with me…. I speak Spanish and he was talking about me right in front my face.
