I have had wic in Idaho. Idaho was amazing and made me love to have and use wic benefits. When we moved to Mississippi, all of a sudden its like approaching bullies who don't care about your well being. I wasn't even prepared for one of my appointments with what I needed to bring. Wic in Idaho, not only prepared me, but they actually smiled at me or would respond appropriately to a compliment. I can't even say something nice to have a kindness in return from the desoto wic.
It is sad that in these times we no longer have people that actually care to do their job or are passionate about it. This isn’t the first incident I’ve had with this office and it probably won’t be the last because of the staff they have. Today at 4:30 I realized that my benefits weren’t loaded like I was told they were going to be by a staff member on the other day.
