I am an RVT...Registered Veterinary Technician and I live in Benicia but work at an emergency and specialty hospital in San Jose. On November 16th Iwas horrified by the treatment and unethical behavior exhibited to myself at this place. My cat has a heart condition and collapsed at home, the nearest hospital to me is this one. I have been going to Southampton for 18 years with my cats, dog, and the occasional Guinea pig. Dr. Riddle and Dr. Olm are caring and considerate, and carefully review options with you. I appreciate that they have a wealth of knowledge in both Western and Chinese medicine. The techs are excellent as well, and they always take care with little touches, like having pads and towels on the exam tables, and being prepared with treats for my scaredy dog. Highly recommended!
I was very scared to say the least as my baby was sick. But the minute I spoke to them on the phone and they were able to get me in ASAP I calmed down a bit but actually was shaking at the office. My cat, Connor, was such a good boy. :) Grateful I found them, so now my old man has a doctor in case of any future issues (fingers crossed that doesn't happen) but he's an older cat, so you never know. Thank YOU all so very much!
