Great quiet place to live. Bethany in the office is always willing to help and responds quickly. Dexter the maintenance man is great and very timely. The staff in general just amazing.
No one ever answers the phone and I was denied and but told I would recieve my admin fee back...weeks have passed and they ignore my calls and I have yet to recieve my admin fee. So don't apply if you think you'll get denied.
Having been a resident of Southampton for well over 20 years i must tell you-STOP BY and see Our community! Big changes are happening!! We are getting a face lift to include a number of 1 bedroom units that will soon be available to rent. These Units will be completely remodeled and ready to rent soon. I have lived at Southampton for over 20 years. I have seen the ups and downs. I feel compelled to write this review for Dexter. Dexter is the backbone of our community. He's the maintenance engineer who shows up for work everyday. I see him running from unit to unit fixing everything possible. He's professional and always answers any questions I may have. Dexter also fixes anything I may need fixing. I am very proud to write this review for him!
