RecommendedMy rabbit has had bad symptoms of stasis for over a week now. He has already seen his normal vet locally, as well as had a two night stay at an ER hospital with minimal improvements. Absolutely loved this veterinary group, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Masquera was amazing. He was informative, compassionate, and did very good with all my pets.
Everyone here was super kind and supportive when I had to put down my hedgehog since she was ill. They even sent me a sympathy card in the mail which was very touching. I recommend coming here with your pets, especially exotic ones they take good care of and know what they are talking about.
We have been going to South Wilton vet for a couple of years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Have seen several different doctors and have loved them all thus far. Their receptionist Megan is an absolute sweetheart! I called very concerned for my cat and by the end of the phone call she made me feel so at ease. She took her time and listened to all of my concerns with an open heart! Not once in the conversation did I feel rushed and she gave extremely helpful information!
Dr. Schunk cares for my 2 parrots, Peekaboo and Penelope. She is gentle with them as she performs their wellness exams and other services. She is very informative as she proceeds through the visit and I never feel rushed. Her vast knowledge of birds makes her a valuable asset to SWVG!

Just came from South Wilton Vet Group today. Called to get an appointment for my Chinchilla and hoped to take advantage of cancellations from weather. They got me in, saw my BOY quickly, determined the issue and corrected it all in one visit! Now, having been in the business at one time, I know this isn’t usually possible but it’s wonderful when situation, staff and client can all come together and get it done expeditiously for the animal.
