As a Business we send quite a few engines their way, they are never able to stick to the agreed upon time, quality is absolutely trash. Here they send back an engine rebuild with Zero oil pressurr after 5 months of messing with it they still couldnt figure it out, Cam bearings pressed in Long aligned with the oil passages, running parts through their cleaner and charging us for the services and labor with never any parts actually being cleaned, dirt and grease inside engine block and oil pan, bearings looking all worn out wh... read more
2008 chevy silverdao Lt 5.3L v-8 with 235,000 miles on old engine. Iv waited untill i hit my break-in to do this review. The guys in the shop did one hell of a job on my 08 silverado. Truck was picked up on a friday by their flatbed driver and was called tuesday to come and get it. Everything from quote to final pay was spot on. So far the new engine has 700 miles and not even as much as a hicc-up. They were also able to recommened some folks for preventative maint and tuning. Completed my SBC heads in one day. Work looks great! The surface is 10/10, you can tell they took the 2 minutes to do an extra pass at the same settings and get the surface perfect. Sadly this is not the norm anymore. I will not only be doing more work with them; I will send everyone I can.
Great customer service! Can answer any question you have and build any motor you want. Been using Southwest for about five years now and will never use anyone else.
