great staff and reasonably priced
DR. Mullins is one of those rare people that loves his work. It shows in the level of professionalism and care he and his staff put forth on a daily basis. There are a lot of Vets in the Cape but you’d be hard pressed to find ones that care for your four legged children more than Dr Mullins at South West vet clinic or Dr Emily at the main branch East West vet clinic.
Dr Brown could be more courteous and own up to her screw ups. She ordered the wrong tests as per Dr Mullins and will not take any responsibility or even give us a refund for the wrong tests. A really lousy business to deal with. Due to her incompetence we are now out of pocket in excess of $10k and our two cats will be boarded in the US and we will only get to see them next year in April!
