The first time I called, I spoke to a gentleman named David if I'm not mistaken. Bloke was an absolute down to earth person, I definitely thought he was just a supervisor or something from how nice and understanding he was. I found out later that he was actually the owner/boss of the place. I was so surprised as I've had many bad experiences speaking to owners of other company's who think they're gods gift to humans. WORST business i have dealt with in any situation across all fields of business. Firstly I called about an estimate on doing the seals on two rams for my tractor and was told around $600-700 dollars. A Few days later I called to see if I was going to get them back before Christmas and was told they were actually ready, ( I had to call to find out one day before they closed for Christmas) on this call I was told the repairs were actually going to cost $890 and I never received a call to advise me of the hike in the final pric... read more
