After three years of paying for storage they won’t take a partial payment and have charged outrageous usury fees as well, and they refuse to accept the payments then bill extra fees, total bad experience
Would give 0 stars if I could but I can't. These new owners are a joke, I've rented from here for over 2 years and have never been late, I've always been very clean and never had any issues. Now these people come in, make it remotely staffed so no one is on duty and even though I still pay on time they give me late fees or lock me out due to no fault of my own. Absolutely garbage
