RecommendedMy husband and I lived in the Oregon for three years and had the most incredible experience. Not only was the apartment beautiful, the entire South Waterworks team (and especially Jori) is fantasy to work with. Fast responses for maintenance requests, friendly and helpful office staff and great amenities show their commitment to making their residents’ time in the building as easy as possible. Best renting experience I ever had!
My fiance and I lived in Bridgeview for 2 years and loved it so much! The building is in such a prime location and loved that it was so dog friendly for our little pupper! All of our neighbors were respectful and polite. We never had any issues with anything and management was always on top of their game. Not to mention the fantastic views from the rooftop...it's actually where my fiance proposed! We definitely miss it here. The only reason we moved was because our growing family needed more space. I am one of the early residents at the first South Water Works buildings---the Bridgeview--- and have been here for over eight years. The conversion of this first building was done very well, but, when the LCM Funds Real Estate LLC acquired the properties they added many features and updates that have contributed to a very comfortable lifestyle. My husband and I lived in the Oregon building for two years and absolutely loved it. The units and shared spaces are all well maintained and beautiful with brand new high-end finishes. It's truly hard to beat their indoor and outdoor spaces as well as the location in Milwaukee! You can walk to so many great bars and restaurants and all the great shops on Broadway. My girlfriend and I lived at the Oregon at South Water Works. It was a great experience all around. The location was within walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It was also a perfect location for being able to walk to Summerfest and enjoy everything the Milwaukee summer has to offer. Management was very responsive and cared about your experience in the building. Highly recommend this building!
