This is the best home sweet home!!
In an economy where we are all just simply trying to survive, these apartments raise your rent as much as they legally can when you re-sign a lease. They charge you to simply park your car in the parking lot. (There's no where else to park) and there's absolutely no guest parking whatsoever. When you have to park your car in the adjacent parking lot it WILL get broken into and we've even had our tires stolen too. My boyfriend and I have been living here for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier! The community is very friendly and respectful of each other and it’s a very quiet neighborhood, you will occasionally hear noises from the business next to SV but for the most part it’s very quiet. We live super close to different grocery store, fast food joints, coffee shops etc. the area is super walkable and so much nature is around you. SV apartments is a great place to live. The management team is very helpful and sends people to clean up the area so it looks nice. The environment is very calm and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I’ve never had an issue with the management and they take very good care of us. They tend to give us goodies during the holidays. My girlfriend and I absolutely love this place. My husky definitely enjoys having that potty area that SV provides. Thank you SV for giving us a great and clean place to live!
