Service Providers violated my confidentiality and accessed invalid MediCal info. They then forced me to sign forms that would have lose my MediCal and access to 3 upcoming surgeries. The staff knows i am terminally ill and that seeking counseling could help alleviate the struggles i am facing as MediCal refuses cover the care fully.
