My daughter gets SO excited to go to the dentist now because of Dr. Bower and the entire staff!! And I love them also. Dr. Bower went out of his way to see her today and again tomorrow to get some baby teeth pulled. And was willing to do whatever I preferred for sedation. I'm so glad we switched from our previous dentist.
New patients beware.... My appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I arrived at 8:55 assuming that there would be new patient paperwork to fill out. At 9:15 I asked how much long it would be before my children were taken back. I was told that I was not scheduled to be seen until 9:30. I asked "then why is my appointment for 9:00?". Was told "because there was paperwork to fill out"!!!! 30 minutes waiting with two children under the age of 3 is not fun. I don't need 30 minutes to fill out 3 pages of paperwork. I actually went to the one in Payson because I'm closer to them, but still!! The staff is amazing! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but at how well my 2 year olds first appointment went today, we will for sure be back!! :-)
We loved our experience with Dr Chamberlain, Dr Bower and the staff. My daughter was mesmerized by the abundance of fish tanks throughout the office. I would recommend this patient experience to anyone looking for a fun dental visit.
We love Dr. Chamberlain! He has such good rapport with his patients and the parents, and he is trustworthy! You never come away feeling like you've been taken advantage of. He also always makes follow-up phone calls to make sure his patients are ok after a procedure.
My son loves going to see Dr. Chaimberlan! Best pedo dentist out there! I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to take their kids to him.
Love them !! Always great with my kids and makes the staff is amazing!
