I have been using Epiphany since they opened in Tyler. My Dermatologist had moved from another office to join the staff of EpiphAny. I have always been pleased with the care. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes beyond my appointment time.
I had an appointment for an exam on an issue around my nose and eye. Paige was very polite and professional. She took care of my issue quickly and assured a follow up if needed. Paige did take her time to explain what was happening and was very patient with me as I asked her questions.
Dr. Lambert and his nurse were amazing!
Easy online appointment setup. Very clean office area with friendly and helpful staff. The doctor took time and actually listened to my concerns, then prescribed needed medications to help. Highly recommend!
I saw Paige. She was very professional, as was her nurse. She reassured me that the areas of concern were not cancerous. She froze of a pre-cancer spot on my face. I would definitely recommend Epiphany to friends and family.
