I am an established patient and was able to be seen fairly soon. The office is very clean and smells like new. I only waited 5-10 minutes to get called back after checking in. The procedure was fast and painless. The provide was friendly and knowledgeable.
This was my first visit to Epiphany Dermatology. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. I want to thank Paige Simmons and her assistant for taking excellent care of me through the entire process. Thank you for taking the time to care for me and making sure I was ok before I left. It really made an impact on me knowing that you go the extra mile in making sure your patients are taken care during and after a procedure. Thank You so Much Jessica Hobbs
Making an appointment is difficult. Their online system provides times and dates but will respond back with "the time you have selected is no longer available". This has happened more than once. So, I decided to just call to schedule an appointment. In doing so, the customer service is poor. I like the practitioners but the support staff needs to learn customer service etiquette.
Made two appointments and they canceled one and then told me I wasn't even registered for the other despite showing the receptionist my appointment summary, a bit of a hassle basically, if you have any other dermatologist options I'd go there first
