Great staff and Dr. Lambert is always professional. Highly recommend!!
I'm a cash patient, no insurance. Never had an issue with billing at any medical clinic before - I always pay what I owe at check out and go on my way. Until Epiphany. Had a procedure done, paid my bill upon check out, and went on my way. Then several days later I got a bill in the mail that said I have a remaining balance due. I called the office, they checked into it, and called me back saying there was nothing they could do about it and that's what I owed. Really?
