Great place, good trainers, great workout , a bit pricey but I found a deal at Costco
Spoiler alert! The “free” six week challenge is actually $500 upfront. They will reimburse you if you lose 25 lbs or 6% of your total body fat (whichever is greater) in six weeks. If you straight up ask what the catch is they will deceive you until you have filled out paperwork and wasted an hour.
6 weeks ago today I started a challenge at Tulsa South Fit Body Boot Camp - the goal was to lose 25 lbs or 6% Body fat. It took a lot of sweat and tears literally but I lost 17lbs and 6.9% Body fat! If you are looking for a place to meet your goals this is it! Heather Beattie Rice is amazing and supportive and Ashley Pennington is quite possibly the best trainer in Tulsa!
