RecommendedMy mom has 5 dogs and 1 cat. All rescues and when issues arise he is always there. He is very caring and always goes above and beyond to help his animal patients.
The doctor clearly didn’t care about customer service or my dog. Didn’t introduce himself or shake my hand, walked in and out of the room several times looking disorganized. They seem to only care about the profit and tried up charging me and selling random products I don’t need. Do not go here I would never trust them with my dogs life.
We are visiting from Canada and our Yorkie, Bailey managed to get a spit nail while playing. It bled so much we had to get an experts opinion of whether it had to be cut or not. We ended up at South Trail Animal Hospital on a Sat morning and Dr. Ebert took a look and recommended we not do anything at this point and see if it heals on it's own. We spoke to him for maybe 5-10 minutes and he didn't charge us. Very good service and we really appreciated his expert advice. Thanks so much from your neighbors to the north!
I have been to see Dr. Ebert and his staff a few times over the last couple of years. Late yesterday morning, on New Year’s Eve, right before they closed for the day they worked in my injured dog and stayed late to do surgery right then. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ebert and his awesome staff. If you want kind and expert care this is the place. Not 5 stars, 1000 stars!!!!
