Took my Callie on 30 minute notice Christmas Eve and they figured out what was wrong quickly as she was close to death within a 12 hour period...took care of her well... And the bill didn't make me want to kill myself so very happy...Also helped transfer her to an emergency clinic for the night... She is back to normal today!

Been our pets Drs. for years. Drs and staff and are wonderful and compassionate, they care about the animals.
Vets and techs and South Trail are consistently caring and helpful. My elderly kitty, Lucy, has hyperthyroid and many of the problems that go along with it and Dr. DeMonarco-Snell, Dr. Gillaspie, and Dr. Golden have been fantastic in their treatment (I'm sure the rest are great, these are just the 3 I see). They listen to me and are always happy to answer questions. They are showing more concern for money than the pets now. I took something that looks like coffee grounds, that I found in my dogs bed, so they would tell me what to do , and they want to charge me $10 to LOOK at it !! I have been using this vet office for 20 years!! but I can tell you that they don't care one bit about loyal customers, just give me your money is the norm there now. 1st Visit there and the staff was so caring and compassionate to my puppy Lily and mom and dad. We had our first vaccines and lily had a reaction and they took care of my baby immediately and comforted me and my husband and most important Lily. Thank you to Dr. Demonarco, Dr. Cooke and their staff for being their. Highly recommend A+ all the way. <3
The staff is incredibly caring. We have been there through the lives of all of our family's pets. They have taken care of them and us!
The staff are caring people. When my Miss Buttons was ill they gave me such comfort. When we new she would not make it, we all cried. Buttons was a patient of theirs for 16.8 years. Long life, but not long enough.
I want to thank the staff at South Trail Animal Hospital for their outstanding care and service with my cat. She lived to be 14 years old, and this morning Dr. Cooke helped her transition peacefully over. I will sorely miss Cookie, but I know she is adjusting to the next world. She will be forever in my heart.
