RecommendedWe took the hamster to South Trail Animal Hospital. She found two lesions that we never noticed, spent so much time with us, and cuddled Brownie like he was her baby. Im not an animal person, and I was blown away by their customer service and care for our little furball. AND THAT TEENY STETHOSCOPE.

Shame on you! We took our dog to ST due to skin allergies. We had been in a month earlier and spent $140 on meds. This time we suggested an injection we were told about from our groomer. We were told they had seen excellent results from this $60 shot. We however were charged $60 for the medication, $25 to give the shot, and $1.50 to dispose of the needle! My 15 yr old Australian Cattle Dog had terrible diarrhea. South Trail was able to get us in right away. Dr. Cooke was so gentle and thorough with my girl...she wasnt even afraid. The doctor diagnosed the cause in minutes and treated her with an oral spray followed by pills. Within the day the diarrhea stopped and my girl was feeling so much better. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with this practice. I was introduced to them through a rescue group that I had adopted a Pom from. The staff is fantastic. They are friendly, efficient, and very professional. Dr. Gillaspie makes me feel very reassured that we are doing the absolute best for our pets. I do not feel they are a revenue generating machine, like I have experienced in the past with other practices. We brought our sweet Mira kitty, 6 months old, there & unfortunately she had a fatal virus but the compassion & kindnesses of the staff was overwhelming graceful. Thank you all for your professionalism & caring. We feel blessed ���
Yesterday was our first visit to STAH and not the last. Our Schatzi just had a minor issue which was taken care of with a cone and some medicated spray which was surprisingly reasonable considering they could give it to us on-the-spot. The front staff was cheerful and friendly to both us and our nervous pup. Dr. Noah was kind, gentle, and thorough. So glad they offer boarding, too! Total time from arrival to departure was less than an hour. Can't beat that these days!
