They rip off the poor they sold me a fifth wheel trailer that the floor is caving in and now want me to pay for the repair when I don’t have a dime to my name bad people
We had the best experience possible dealing with James at South Thompson RV. He helped us identify the problem over the phone and the next morning he and a helpful young woman sorted out the issue very quickly. We'll likely need to sell our little rig in the next couple of years and we'll look no further than South Thompson RV because of their most excellent service today.
Quick and through response to our arrival on the lot. Ryzn was welcoming and enthusiastic about the products he had to offer as well as info on upcoming arrivals. He helped to narrow down the type of trailer we are interested in and what was available that style. Over all a great experience.
Friendly staff all around! I came in last week and ordered much needed steps for my mobile home. James in Parts department figured out the correct steps that would work. A few days later my steps were in but the package did not fit in my vehicle. James offered to truck them out to me. He not only trucked them to my home, but brought a friend with him and together they set the steps up for me! And on his own time on a day off work! I am so grateful!
