Beautiful setting on the Thompson River. Place is overpriced for what it is however. Could use some updates around the front entrance for sure. Rooms were very clean and great staff.

The room was clean, but VERY outdated. It looked like they haven't updated the room since the 90s. We paid just over $400 CAD/night (peak summer season), so we were expecting something nicer than a roadside motel. The air conditioner was extremely loud! If you're staying during a heatwave, bring earplugs - or be prepared to either sweat through the night or sacrifice your hearing.

So peaceful to stay in a hotel away from the downtown core left my sliding door open all night to hear the rain. Felt totally safe!

Great rooms , poor management as my debit card was not being accepted. He advised I was to have my room canceled after 12 hours driving. I had to run to gas station and LUCKY pull 600 cash to cover my stay. Very lucky the hotel staff let me do this dispute his management saying cancel room. Worst part was, payment was not even due, I was paying early. ROOMs are the best value u can get. Best bed, best everything. Staff generally super good, not as good as the females 2 years ago that brought wine, 24 roses and large grizzle ... read more
