We stayed for three nights. We put out the ‘refresh room’ sign day 1 and 2. Both days we were out of the room at 8:00, returning after dinner. During our stay, at $300 per night, our room was never tended to. The garbage was never emptied, the beds never made, the towels not refreshed, the bathroom never cleaned. I am not thrilled with this new management style.

Our stay with a group from Poland at South Thompson Inn was absolutely wonderful. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful scenery and peaceful nature, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with stunning views of the river and mountains. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
