The absolute worse customer service! The service and repair took a week., and the tech they sent out let himself in my home without anyone being home. When I spoke to the tech he smelt of cigarettes and liquor. I called owner to inform him and he defended his tech, to add insult to injury the owner would not honor the service warranty.
