The CNA that I had for the first 2 nights had a major attitude whenever I asked her for help. I had just had a spinal fusion and she acted annoyed that I needed help. The cold pack machine was broken and she gave me attitude because I asked if she could get a different machine. I was NOT ugly to her at all. I am a RN and have the utmost respect for CNAs. I had and L4 compression back surgery that was really needed in Dec of last yr. It has taken time but feeling much better n kno it will take time 4 nerves to align again.. Loved there staff n there careness Towards me n attention..

I love this hospital! The care you receive is outstanding the staff is awesome,, it's clean, and the food is delicious...even the coffee. It's a hospital like no other in San Antonio.

Have been a patient with Dr Simons for years. Love him and his expertise as well as his nurse Brenda ! Have always taken care of every need and are more than able to do for anyone with painful backs and nerve pain and joints. The Physical Therapy Unit in the same building is absolutely awesome ! They are a group of experts that I rate 10. I have been to so many all over this city for three decades. And when I met Alyson my PT, she made my new and best place always Texas Spine PT. Absolutely would recommend this clinic n its Drs. Could not be more pleased with their service. One place where they actually spend time, listen and care about their patients.

I had an outpatient procedure done here from the time I walked in i was treated very well. All the staff from the front desk to the nurses were excellent & professional. Made me feel comfortable & safe. I do recommend.
