Bad employee j.likes to Gossip. I made a call. I explained my concern after a previous visit that was cut short due to blackout issue. We needed more meds and inquiries about surgery dates available. After our phone call she mentions to the staff our call and states in was (Mad and Rude). So they notify my wife an hour later. About it her comments. And apparently it was funny.
