Dr. Tarbox is an amazing physician. She intensely listens to your concerns. She is incredibly sweet and has an amazing personality. She is proactive and engaging, and works with you and not against, when it comes to planning your care and concerns. I highly recommend her if you want a physician that is going to be present and not treat you as a number and use you for monetary gain. You won't be disappointed.
Dr. Tarbox was “present in the moment”, fully focused on patient issues and open for dialogue. Addressed my concern, past/present, and a path forward. Dr Tarbox is an "emotionally present" MD. Dr. Lauren Tarbox at South Texas Renal Care is absolutely amazing! She’s very easy to talk to, incredibly welcoming, and goes above and beyond for her patients. She’s informative, nonjudgmental, and truly personable. My mom was feeling very discouraged after seeing her last doctor, but Dr. Tarbox gave her hope again. I have been a patient of Dr. Tarbox for about two years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I’ve received. From my initial visit, Dr. Tarbox made me feel comfortable and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition. I appreciate the flexibility of choosing between in-office visits or virtual appointments, which makes managing my health so much easier.
