Dr. Lauren Tarbox at South Texas Renal Care is absolutely amazing! She’s very easy to talk to, incredibly welcoming, and goes above and beyond for her patients. She’s informative, nonjudgmental, and truly personable. My mom was feeling very discouraged after seeing her last doctor, but Dr. Tarbox gave her hope again. I have been a patient of Dr. Tarbox for about two years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I’ve received. From my initial visit, Dr. Tarbox made me feel comfortable and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition. I appreciate the flexibility of choosing between in-office visits or virtual appointments, which makes managing my health so much easier. This newly built facility houses Live Oak Dialysis & US Renal Care. One is to exam patients; the other to treat renal patients. It is a beautiful building inside & outside. Allowed to photograph the well equipped treatment center which will open soon. Patients are already being examined in Live Oak Dialysis. The grounds are gorgeous surrounded by native trees.
