Mr.Jacob Hayes is a great physician, always asks the right questions, helped me and listened to my concerns from a previous provider who had me on too many medications. Also, his Clerical Staff is always friendly, nice, professional and knows me when i call. Way to go EdinBurg clinic!
I wouldn't go here if you can't 100% make every visit because I missed one one appointment for the first time after going three times and they hit me with a hundred-dollar no-show fee that was non-negotiable I don't make enough money for that is and my paycheck isn't for another 2 weeks I would understand if it wasn't so high but $100 is ridiculous I only make like 200 a paycheck
Dr. Smith is amazing, but the office is a NIGHTMARE. They are not responsive, not helpful, and uncommunicative. For people dealing with mental heath issues it is such a big problem to have to jump through 25 hoops to get access to a really high quality doctor. We showed up for our telehealth appointment on time, but had trouble with their app. I called four times and no one answered for 20 minutes! I would never recommend going here. I’m desperate for help with my ADHD, their website advises that they can diagnose and treat ADHD, no they cannot. They’ll take your $200 for the first visit and twist your words to fit their narrative. As far as the ADHD test, they have a $120 short gamified test. If you’re highly motivated for short periods of time this test can give you a false negative. I love working with Jacob Hayes, he is attentive and responsive to concerns and questions, even when you aren’t sure what you are trying to say or express. My quality of life has improved significantly since I start seeing him a few months ago.
