When seen they are nice and friendly, if you show a few minutes late for online appt to get med refills they cancel it within a couple of minutes and want to charge you $100, Dr. Won't even try reaching out to you to see if everything is ok before they immediately cancel your appt and charge you. I had been a patient with this practice for several years, initially receiving in-person care and later transitioning to telehealth. Unfortunately, my experience with the level of communication and access to care significantly declined after the transition. Over the past several months, I made multiple attempts to contact my provider and the office regarding a medication change and how to safely reduce my dosage. Had to stay on them constantly to move through the adhd evaluation process, while they failed to provide next steps, follow ups, or confirm receipt of records. Ultimately, I was made to schedule an appointment almost a month out and pay $200 for a 3 minute meeting where they told me the test I had taken online didn’t confirm instead of just emailing me or calling. Offered no alternative paths until I suggested them myself. Sad state of affairs for a mental health clinic.

Mr.Jacob Hayes is a great physician, always asks the right questions, helped me and listened to my concerns from a previous provider who had me on too many medications. Also, his Clerical Staff is always friendly, nice, professional and knows me when i call. Way to go EdinBurg clinic!

I wouldn't go here if you can't 100% make every visit because I missed one one appointment for the first time after going three times and they hit me with a hundred-dollar no-show fee that was non-negotiable I don't make enough money for that is and my paycheck isn't for another 2 weeks I would understand if it wasn't so high but $100 is ridiculous I only make like 200 a paycheck
