My first appointment was set up over a month in advance, but they were totally unprepared for me. We got nowhere because somehow their extensive new patient forms didn't include the release of information form they needed - all that could've been done in advance if someone had just had the care to glance at my file. Great group. My provider listens to me and supports my therapy goals.
“NP Tiffany is AMAZING and takes her time evaluating you. Grace in front desk is kind and knowledgeable” -2 years ago. UPDATE: horrible service. If you are on a control substance, Tiffany-NP will NOT fulfill it on time. Tiffany was always moody and late to our appointments (90% of the time). It gets mentally exhausting after two years. Appointments are randomly canceled by front staff, however, will attempt collecting a $50 “no show” fee.
