I had a pleasant experience during my actual visit. The staff was thorough, I felt listened to, and I felt that the appropriate testing was being ordered to investigate my symptoms. I have no complaints about the quality of care I received while I was there. My frustration is primarily with the post-visit process, which I found disappointing for a facility that presents itself as state-of-the-art. The website says you could do walk-in's, but the receptionist could have been a bit more nicer when telling me otherwise. Maybe change some info online because apparently they arent welcome "but i guess we will make an exception". The ER next door said i could come by and see the doctor with no issues after dealing with a problem I had a few days prior, because I don't have a primary care doctor.
