The LVN could not draw blood. A second employee came in to draw my blood and she was looking for a vein with an un-gloved hand over the previous punctures from the previous LVN. It did not seen hygienic to me. She appeared to be able to draw some blood but it did not seem like it was enough. I did not receive those results in the patient portal. The procedures seemed rushed and a bit unprofessional. I also left a message for the blood lab results and have yet to receive a response.
