I went in last night to the Alamo location and had the best care. ER doctor is wonderful and the staff was awesome. Definitely 5 ⭐️.

I had to bring my kids here since we are from out of town. I was very surprised by everyone’s kindness and helpfulness. Mariana and Deborah we’re extremely nice! I was really worried about going to an ER clinic because I’m the past I haven’t had any good experiences elsewhere. It was really refreshing to see they actually cared. I definitely recommend this place!!

I went to their NEW Freestanding ER because my BALLS were swollen, like basketballs! All they did was STARE at them in wonderment....and everyone working didn't want to touch me... My BALLS hurt!

What a shame! It's been the worst experience, and it's not just this one time we were here back in December and it was the exact same thing. Nurses are totally negligent they were never ever able to control my mom's sugar levels or blood pressure, they were giving her prescription back from 2015 she was here, don't even once someone ask for and update in her medication. House keeping HORRIBLE! so dirty they don't sanitize anything on the room literally just "mop" and clean just the inside of the toilet thats it. On top of it... read more
