I recently started visiting this clinic because I heard great things about Dr. Jacqueline Falcon. I'm happy to say that she really listened to me. Our visit was about 30 min just discussing my issue. Not many Doctors do that anymore. I feel seen and she didn't hesitate to make an order for further examination. The front desk staff was extremely kind as well, especially Esmer. My parents had the worst experience with Dr. Dario Arrango this past Wednesday. Dr. Arrango proceeded to yell at them as to why my father didn’t go to the emergency department if he felt that bad, that he didn’t even look sick, very dismissive. He was yelling at them and asking if they were listening, like if they were children. My parents didn’t say anything and just left, changed providers as soon as they got home.
Worst doctors experience with wife and husband that work here. Not only was I misdiagnosed TWICE. I was groped without any consent by female doctor here. She proceeded to grab my lower pelvic area without any warning or ask and it was a completely traumatizing experience no patient should go through. Sharing this experience so nobody will else will go through this. This happened a while back and still stays with me.
The doctor's ego keeps them from providing adequate healthcare
