I was 13 years old when I came here for anger issues, depression, & suicidal tendencies and I saw some dark stuff! I was verbally abused, yelled at by several doctors, belittled for asking questions, bullied for being a "different" kind of kid by kids and the adults. The doctors treated me like a drug addict and said 5 different diagnosis for no reason! I had been on medicine for 7 years at this point and no one questioned why I was on medicine! Genuinely the worst bedside care. Nurses made me feel like it was a burden to have me as a patient on Med Surg floor. The only reason I came to this hospital is because my surgeon is incredible, can’t say the same about their nurses.

Made me sit and wait my turn in the waiting room for 45 minutes after telling them I was having another heart attack. Once finally in the back the lead dr was on it and I got transferred to Temecula.
Recommended RecommendedI was in the hospital for 5 days. The ER doctor and nurses were great and we're able to identify my symptom for a quick diagnosis. This allow for me to receive the pain medicine I greatly needed (pancreatitis pain is no joke). After the ER doctor admitted me to the hospital the staff in the third floor were amazing. Nurse Kelly was amazing helping me and my wife specially since I was out most of the time. The surgeon was great at explaining everything.
