7+ hours in the emergency room and counting. We keep getting told that there's no rooms available, I don't understand why they don't send us home instead of keeping my child in an uncomfortable bed all night. Very disappointed with this hospital. Only upside is the staff is friendly, but I don't understand how anyone thinks it's no big deal to keep someone in the emergency room for so long. Ridiculous.

Great care delivered by dedicated, caring people with years of experience in caring for children. Everyone was very personable and helpful, but I particularly remember Isabel of PICU, a paragon of what a PICU nurse should be like!

No me gusto como atendieron ami niño duramos 4 horas en un cuarto y mijo con su dolor me tuve k ir del hospital xk el ya no awantava no le isieron estudios nada nada �

Toda una pesadilla...mal diagnosticaron a mi niño diciendo ke era constipasion cuando en verdad se le avia reventado la apendis ....como Ivan a asertar en su diagnostico si no le isieron analisis de nada solo le sacaron 2 xrays
