Thought I'd try this place because I wanted a clinic close to home. BIG mistake and complete waste of my time! My appointment was at 3:30pm, I checked in at 3:15pm and sat down. 10 minutes past by and I went to the receptionist to ask if there's a new patient packet I'm supposed to fill out. Dumbfounded she was like, "oh yes, here you go." As she took my id and insurance card. I fill it out and turn it in. Its 4pm and I ask another receptionist the status of my appointment. Arrived 15 min early. Wait an hour 15 min to be called back just to wait another 30 min before your seen. Ridiculous.... then they charge you to cancel appointment but don’t accommodate you for your time.
I really, really wanted to like ST Dental, and was excited to go, but the attempt to get my kids back in for their hardware removal or have somebody even call us back to get the ball rolling is so strange it almost feels personal. Disappointed when we thought we would be relieved.
RecommendedMy kids have been going here for years and we love the customer service! Today my daughter Needed some work done on her teeth and they treated her absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for a dental office in Arlington Texas this is the one!
Save your time and money and find a better dentist, worst place to get dental work. The dentist did a horrible job on extracting a back tooth and left several teeth fragments in place.
