El peor dentista que e visitado me pusieron anestesia para extraerme la del juicio y me tuvieron mucho tiempo sin comenzar a sacarla hasta se me paso la anestesia y nunca comenzaban luego de mucho tiempo yegaron a decirme que era complicada mi muela pero a estas alturas la anestesia ya se había pasado querían volver a ponerme anestesia para empezar de cero son una basura no lo recomiendo

FYI they charge you $10 each they call it a PPE charge. we have to pay for them to wear a mask! the receptionist is rude. and unfriendly. my appt was at 11am i usually get there at 15 min early. I waited for almost 3 hrs. i got there at 1045 and left at 130!! they were very unorganized. in the middle of my exam I had to get up and sign papers for my daughter even though I had already waited an hour just to get seen by the dentist. thats when they charged me for them to wear a mask to help me and they never cleaned my teeth. ... read more
my appointment was at 9 as you open at 9 . I came 10 minutes before my appointment time. other customer came in before us. we had to wait one hour in car in summer weather with kid being annoyed for reason as you explained you only have one doctor today..what?? I have been your customer for 7 years never be treated this way...
because I was left on hold for 59 min at 1 phone number four the location and 20 on the other (recent N Texas and Brident merge) only to be told closed due to Covid. Mind you I was sent a personal email stating "we are open" aaaand checked both websites to confirm because yesterday I was on hold for 20 min (due to high call volume because of pandemic. ) As if I didn't know that we are all experiencing drama due to Covid..at the very least.. keep your communication updated!! What else are you even doing right now!!!!
