I bought a pair of step bars for my truck a few years ago. Eventually the rubber foot pads on the step bars deteriorated and fell off. Recently I left a deposit and received a total price for four new foot pads and labor for installation. It turned out that no step pads were available so Joe offered a new pair of step bars within the original price. He and his crew worked hard to ensure timely installation.
