i just wanted to say thank you to Renee and jose!! you two have done any and everything to make sure i got a vehicle .. from the moment i called in to the moment i drove away.. and yalls awesomeness didnt stop there an emergency came up with my son and before any questions were asked you both asked how he was and if everything was ok im truly amazed at love and compassion you both have thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!! Bought a car through salesman Steven he assured me the car was 100% for my wife and kids, the next day I had to replace all 4 tires plus sensors, and get a spare for it. One tire didn't even have all nuts for tire bolts. Not even a week later check engine light comes so I go get it checked and sure enough car has a bad computer. Then I call and speak to Jose and he tells me to make sure it has radiator fluid? This isn't my first rodeo. I also have plenty auto sales under my belt. Then he denies a trip to get car coded again ... read more
