This company deserves an F on a scale of A+ to F. There customer service, scheduling and service repair technicians are all deplorable. I have A contract with American Home Shield who set up my service repair for my built in microwave. The company never contacted me so I called them to set an appointment. They didn't show up. I had to take time off work for this appointment. I called late in the day to find out what had happened and if the technician was coming. They must work in another dimension because time has no meaning for them. They are doing (or not doing, since they don't actually show up) warranty work on my new kitchenaid refrigerator. It seems the only people who use them are forced to by their warranties.

I have had 3 appointments and all 3 they did not show. I took off from work all three times. I called and they really didn't care. I called Whirpool and told them to remove them from their list of appliance repair companies as it is a reflection on them. They agreed and made an appointment with another company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! If I could give them a negative star, I would.

Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. My dishwasher broke on the 20th. I call whirlpool to set something up and they say South Texas Appliance Repair will be out on the 24th between 8-12. Great! I call the company my self to confirm the appointment because I wanted to be sure there were open on christmas eve. The lady assured me that they were, pulled up my appointment and confirmed. I have not been pleased with the process this company takes to get a warranty repair covered. I have now been without a stove/oven for 2 weeks. I originally reported the claim to this company and told them the issue that was wrong with my stove/oven. CPS and a plumber both identified the problem and I have a written report of this problem. I reported exactly what was told to me to my warranty agent and then spoke with the "super friendly" front office staff. If I could give a no star review I would! This was absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with! I was referred to them by Whirlpool, and that's the only reason I gave them two opportunities to make things right, but they couldn't. They will not be getting my business and I would tell everyone I know to look elsewhere for a repair service. Unbelievably bad customer service, can't even describe the waste of time I had with them.

I waited all morning and into the afternoon for no one to show up. When I called I was told that I was not on the schedule. OK -- mistakes can be made. However, the company was in no way wanting to do anything to take responsibility for their mistake and my inconvenience. I made two options available -- send someone out on a day when they don't normally service my are (I live 15 minutes from San Antonio), or at least when I re-schedule for the next week reduce the service call fee. So upset how this people lie.SayN they gona show up nd Dont . Cant believe BestBuy nd other Appliances Center hire this type of Repair Services. They need mature people that know how to fix appliances. Kus this people dont know nothing........ I just wished they would b more considerate that others have things to do. I wasted my time nd cancel my kids appt today just to wait for their call or for them to show up.......... Nd then they wonder y people complain about them. So mad nd upset at this point.

NOT recommended. I hate to call them liars but they are liars and not dependable. After calling for Lowes for repairs to my dryer as it is only a year old, they scheduled with this company. The first service date was for a Saturday. They argued that my appointment was set for Friday and showed up a day early. Even when I had a confirmation email clearly outlining Saturday's appointment.
