I have had a lot of vehicles serviced in life, but have never had any experience similar to the one I had at South Tacoma Mazda. Per the dealership service website I made an appointment. I made a screenshot on my tablet, printed it and put it on my phone so I wouldn't forget. I was 5 minutes late, traffic issues, but got to the scheduled appointment on 10/19/2020. Amazing service and financing was best I’ve ever dealt with. In and out 2 hours total. Never been able to do that before
No effort to make a deal. Bad customer service. I came in to look at an older Wrangler that looked really nice on the website but turned out to be garbage. They wouldn't work on me for the price of another one or the trade in value of mine. I ended up going back to Tom Matson and got a great deal!
