Had my first visit with Dr. Fernandez and it was really a positive experience. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my concerns—I genuinely felt heard. Even though it was just the first appointment, I’m feeling confident and glad to have found her.
A waste of time and money. This place and its specialists are useless.
I had a wonderful initial consultation with Dr Bobby Chan, I have a long list of nervous system dysfunction related symptoms which have been present over the last year and a half & affect my life day to day. Dr Chan listened with care, kindness and was very considered in his approaches and suggestions on testing to go forward with. Dr Chan has a wonderful bedside manner and was incredibly professional but blended with positivity and warmth. I look forward to (hopefully) getting back to normal with his direction.
I can’t recommend Dr Bobby Chan highly enough. From the very first appointment, he took the time to actually listen, explain what was going on, and approach my treatment properly - not rushed, not dismissive, just thorough and professional. Dr Bobby Chan has honestly changed my life and I couldn’t have asked for a more genuine and caring doctor. I always felt listened to and safe in his expert hands. The receptionist staff are always helpful and welcoming and I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.
